Push4 wins RCT Creative Industries Development Programme

Push4 has been successful in winning the tender to produce the ‘Creative and Cultural Industries Development Programme' for Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council.  We will be planning, producing and delivering a string of events as part of the programme through 2010, which will promote the routes in to the creative and cultural industries to over 16's from the RCT area.

The series of events, which will launch in the summer and will include surgeries and seminars, featuring special guests from the film, music, performing and visual arts industries as well as national creative and cultural organisations, continues our relationship with the Rhondda Cynon Taf unitary authority.

We successfully delivered the ‘Pathways to a Career in the Cultural Industries' seminar for RCT's Cultural Services Arts Development Unit in 2009, and continue to work closely with the Council on the annual ‘Ponty's Big Weekend in the Park' event, which takes place at Pontypridd's Ynysangharad Park each July.

The Creative and Cultural Industries Development Programme will launch at a special event this June, with the programme of events extending up until the end of 2010.
